I had been excited about my honeymoon for years, I have been with my partner since a young age, we were kind of childhood love hearts. We had planned our wedding for a whole three years before it took place and I can assure you that it was probably one of the greatest nights of my whole life.

But my story at the moment is not about the wedding it is more about our honeymoons and the friendly monkey that became a major part of our lives and the reason I am writing this article is because it actually made me want to have kids.

It all started when our parents booked us a trip to Kenya, we were set to go on a wonderful Safari trip for a week and then stay a week by the beach. After arriving at the destination, we were then taken on a long coach journey, as soon as we got to the cabin we went to sleep as we were exhausted. The morning came around pretty quick; it was something exciting to look forwards too, the day way filled with magic, I saw animals that I had never dreamt of seeing before.

We were on the way back to the cabin when we noticed that our front door was pried open, I quickly crept in too see what was going on and to my amazement I came across a little monkey, eating our mangos and bananas, he just turned around and smiled. We spent the rest of the night with the cute monkey and it felt as though we had our own little family. He decided to tag along with us on the Safari treks and outings. It was an absoluteley amazing week for all three of us, but time was up we had to all say our sad goodbyes. Mind you I do have five kids of my own now who are all little monkeys in their own ways.

However, if fresh air is your objective, the Spanish countryside is filled with incredible geography unparalleled vistas and phenomenal photographic opportunities. In addition, there are areas which offer trekking, mountain-climbing, wildlife parks, cave exploration, horse riding, and even deserts. To travel Spain is to truly experience a lifetime of activities in the space of a vacation.

Ever Thought of Making Money From Home? Big Money?

My story began a few years back, in all honesty I was looking to go overseas as I have never really left home land. I am the type of person that just always enters competitions. I like the enjoyment when they get back to me but most times this does not end up going much further.

Well I finally got a bit of luck after years of playing and got put into the final draw to win tickets on jamaica holidays. As the months went by the draw date got nearer and nearer I began to feel a bit anxious as the three finalists had to give a speech on why they deserved to win. I rattled my mind trying to think of something nice to say, I really didn’t deserve to win, I have never done anything that deserves being given a holiday for free.

The day finally came around and there were a selection of three judges in a medium sized room the 2 before me gave excellent speeches, but in some ways you could tell that they were not being honest at all. So it was my turn, they asked me the question "So why do you deserve to win the holiday", I instantly replied "I don’t", they all looked at me in shock. I then continued to give my speech and indicated there were a lot more people that deserved this more than me. So if I did get lucky enough to win I would give it all to charity.

The judging selection then went away and stood all of us up, to my suprise they announced me as the winner, they said I had a lot of admiration and instead of giving me two tickets they were going to give four. Two tickets for the charity of my choice and two tickets for myself for being so honest.

1. Have some dollars ready. When you exchange your currency for US dollars, be sure to ask for a good amount of $1 dollar notes that you can stick about ten of in your wallet at all times to cover yourself.It makes it a lot easier to find the right value of tip you want without asking for change back. If you need to ask for change though, don’t be embarrassed as it happens frequently

2. Bars. In general you should be looking to tip about a dollar a drink when bought at the bar. Of course if you are buying a big round then just tip $3-$4 dollars for the lot. If you are seated and your drinks are served to you by a member of staff at your table then look to add $10 on to the total at the end of the night

3. Restaurants. This really is dependent on the restaurant in question. Those at the lower end of the market only need tipping the region on 15%. For more formal sit-down meals you should expect to pay along the lines of 20-25% of the cheque.If the staff go the extra mile for you then you should really thank them by tipping a little extra for their work.

4. Bags. A porter who takes your bags up to your room will be expecting a tip of $1 per bag. Give more if you think it is warranted but it is advised not to go lower or offer change to the porter. Bag carriers at airports should be tipped between $2 to $4 per bag

5. Poor service. If the service is not as good as you would expect then don’t tip just because you feel you have to. But be sure to explain your choice. Constructive feedback is generally appreciate in the USA and the people you give it to are rarely offended. Florida holidays staff are particularly humble.

The island is extremely windy the year round, that’s why it’s a great place for windsurfing, sailing and it’s never too hot, thanks to the wind. But the wind has the strength to blow away your baseball-cap. Hence my tip with the scarf!

Inverness, commonly called the capital city of the Highlands, was granted city status in the year two thousand and one and at this moment in time is the the only city to be found in the region. Strangely Inverness has no legal boundaries which can cause problems with population assessments.

The problems are made worse because the city’s population is on the increase, Inverness has the highest growth rate in the UK. One of the things we know for certain is that the city has a very happy population, in 2008 the Telegraph took a survey of the quality of life in 189 cities in Britain and Inverness was ranked fifth. Following on we can state that Inverness is a beautiful place in which to spend time and this is most probably one of the factors which make Inverness immensely popular with tourists.

Inverness is also referred to as the gateway to the Highlands of Scotland for the clear fact that it is the best place to make the most of the Highland public transport system and an incredible number of tourist attractions are relatively easy to reach. There are a few companies visiting places such as, Culloden, Loch Ness or Urquart Castle or for the hardy tourists it is possible to visit such places as John O’Groats on a days round trip. There are also a few city tours, such as those run by City Sightseeing or Tony Harmsworth.

A small number of tourists choose to stay in 2 different places in the Scottish Highlands such as Inverness then Fort William. The town of Fort William is more popular with people who enjoy sports especially rock climbers, hill walkers and ramblers who take their chances going to the top of Ben Nevis which towers above the town center. In a similar way bed and breakfast accommodation in Fort William and rather like other bed and breakfast accommodation in Scotland it is often not incredibly expensive, excellent value for money and incredibly tidy, clean and comfortable with unbeatable hospitality.

One important fact you should remember is that the airport for Inverness is, about, 7 miles east of the city at Dalcross. It is easy to catch a bus to the small but busy airport which is quite reasonable. If you require a map of the area then you will discover that they are free at the tourist office, on Castle Wynd in the town center. While you are staying in the city you should make a note to visit Inverness Museum and Art Gallery, Inverness Castle, the ’stone of tubs’ and Mercat Cross especially the Castle Garrison Encounter, an enjoyable interactive experience.

At the end of Lord Street is the incredibly beautiful Hesketh Park. Hesketh Park gets its name from the Hesketh family just like Lord Street the park has plenty of trees. Hesketh Park also features hidden gardens, a bandstand, glass house, play park and more but most prominent is the lovely lake.

At Churchtown you will find another wonderful park, the Botanic Gardens which features a river/lake which features the usual ducks and swans plus a bridge and boating plus if you enjoy birds and animals the gardens also has a tiny zoo, just opposite the museum and cafe. Churchtown village itself is a gorgeous collection of old houses, cottages and fishermen’s cottages mostly white and small number feature a thatched roof. It is crucially important that you take a walk around and that you look around carefully because there are a few hidden gems well worth the trouble to discover.
